30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. At the Managers discretion, we may consider accepting a returned product once opened under our 30-day ‘Money Back Guarantee’. We will issue a refund on receipt, including the cost of initial postage at the standard rate current at that time. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement where we feel that our guarantee process is being abused. Our 30-day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Please Note
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The cost of returning the item to us is only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
The Returns Policy Does Not Apply To:
- Items collected in store
- Goods and services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, and cannot be controlled by the trader
- Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
